Harry Potter: The Order of the Phoenix = not as good as I expected.Maybe I got my hopes up when I saw the trailers, which, by the way, were fantastic. :
I understand that they have to cut a whole lot from the book, but they cut/editted alot of the significant events. I was looking forward to Mrs Figg in the movie, seeing how interesting she was in the book. But she was so...bland. : I gave up on the movie, during the first 5 minutes LOL. Even so, I did pay attention to the movie and ended up being the only one among my cousins who actually understood what was going on in the movie.
Despite how it was, I enjoyed the Department of Mysteries scenes; fantastic special effects! The director went the extra mile with the fight scenes, that's how I feel.
Next movie to watch! My favourite cartoon of all time: the Simpsons movie! Can't wait~! That's it for my post! I have to calm myself down for my job interview tomorrow! Ah yes, enjoy this photos as well!

Day 4 of Internship yo!
Yesterday, we finally had something to do! (^-^)
Before lunch, the 4 of us gathered for a WACOM tutorial by our dear senior designer, David! He's one of the nicest adults I've ever met! And he's really cool too!
Anyway, he got Yvette and I a WACOM tablet all for ourselves~ It's an old model but still reusable! It's really big though. Yvette and I ended up using less than a quarter of the mapping area only...The only downside of being part of the Design team is that they didn't have enough workstations/computers for the both of us so we had to share the tablet and the computer. It's okay, it makes for easy communication~ Just that it's really squeezy since we are both sitting in between two of the staff. We always end up knocking our chairs into each other. (=-=);;
Both of us attended our first mini-meeting yesterday! We discussed 2 new Maths titles with David and 2 of the writers and we are required to design both of them. After the meeting, Yvette and I settled down to discuss our storyboards for the titles.
Today~ We continued to do stuff like research for the 2 projects. But Chris approached us to help them illustrate some stuff for a Science title around 11am. She gave us until tomorrow to finish them, but we decided to complete them first since it's more urgent.
After finishing the Science stuff and lunch, we went back to continue the main page for one of the Maths titles. I'll post a screenshot of it tomorrow! We're both really proud of our work today, it's perfect to be put in our portfolio! XD

Sorry for not updating very frequently! Everytime I feel like updating, I have nothing to say, so why bother right? HAHAHAHA
So, how's everyone's SIP? Fun?? XD
I'm attached to this company called LEAD, which does educational flash games for primary/secondary schools. When I saw I got this company, I was all WTF FLASH DIE LIAO LAH. But, never mind, as long as working hours are good, pay is okay and distance is not bad, it's fine with me. And I'm super lucky that the 3 other interns are people I know! (read: Yvette, Nadiah, Siew Khim) HAPPYYYYYY
First day of SIP: SUCKED BADLY. There wasn't anything for us to do AT ALL. There were no workstations/computers ready for us and we weren't assigned to any departments yet. So, our supervisor, Chris, told us to explore their portal and their games. With nothing to do, we spent the whole day playing PRIMARY-SCHOOL level games. This is really called slacking, man.
Second day of SIP: SUCKED, BUT NOT AS BAD AS DAY ONE. No workstations/computers available yet: the IT dept was still doing some system work for us. So, we all grouped together in our little corner of the office and basically hung out. Victor kept checking up on us but we told him Chris said to hang around. We didn't play the games anymore since we were bored sick of them. We played Paint Hangman instead. How nice.
All of the staff there are really nice. They offered to take us to lunch yesterday and today, but we declined politely today because we brought our own lunch.
I will most probably be assigned to the Graphics/Illustrations department with Yvette, because we both volunteered to go there. Nadiah is with Training department, so today she was doing some admin work. Mind, the rest of us was like "WTF SO LUCKY YOU GET WORK!!!"
Tomorrow is another day~ Hopefully we will get to do some work instead of slacking. 8 hours of slacking is damn tiring. I'm looking forward to the WACOM tutorial tomorrow!

私はシンガポールで暮らしますだから雪はここにありません (;-;)
でも私の夢は雪を見ることです~!!

...is what I wanted to reply to my idol, but I have to pay to be a member of his fanclub so that I can reply his blog post! *sads* (T_T) Hahaha, don't ask the meaning of the message, it's just something trivial! (^^);; It took me about 2 hours to write it because I had to choose the right words/characters carefully (*[]*);;
And it was my birthday yesterday! Thanks everyone for the birthday smses!! I LOVE YOU ALL!! <333
But for some reason, I wasn't particularly excited about my birthday this year, even to the extent of mistaking it to be on Thursday (today) instead of Wednesday (yesterday). Thank god I checked my calender the day before or else I would have missed it! (*[]*)
And yesss, I have my driving license now!! *hides it*
I've been driving 2 days a week ever since I passed my test 2 weeks ago~
Why 2 days? Because I hate the 6pm traffic when I'm fetching my mom and sis home from work (-o-);;;
